Select the Samsung Mobile unlock service below which corresponds to the country/region that your device was originally sold in. If you are unsure of the country/region your device was originally sold in you can use our Samsung Mobile Warranty Checker to find out.
Most Samsung services will provide the NCK/Network code and MCK/Unfreeze/PUK code.
SIM Network PIN blocked - Enter Network PUK code.
If you are seeing the message above your phones SIM lock counter is blocked.
The Unfreeze/PUK code is used to un-block the phone when too many incorrect unlock attempts have been tried
Phones locked to virtual networks such as Tesco Mobile, Virgin Mobile etc may require the Service Provider/SP code - You should use the "All Level" lock service to obtain the correct codes for devices locked to this type of network.
Some Samsung Mobile devices are "Region Locked" this means that a device sold as "SIM Free" in the UK or EU may request an unlock code if you attempt to use this with any Non EU SIM card. This can usually be over come by making a 5 minute phone call with a UK or EU SIM card inside. If your device is Region Locked you MUST use the "All Levels" locks service.
